Frequently Asked Questions - Digital Banking's New Look

The following menu options have changed:

  • "Move Money" is now called "Transfers & Payments"
  • "Profile & Security" is now called "Settings"
  • "Secure Inbox" can now be found as an option under “Contact Us”

Your "favorited" accounts will show up on your home page in Digital Banking. You can have up to 5 “favorited” accounts on your home page.

To manage your favorites, or to see all of your accounts, click “view all accounts.”

If you have previously hidden an account, the account will be greyed out and you will be unable to favorite it. You can hide and unhide accounts on the “Account Personalization” page.

Additionally, if you’ve previously made a transfer to another OKCU account via the “Pay an OKCU Member” tool, those accounts will be greyed out as well.

No, you do not have to reset your username or password. Your username and password is not changing.

No, these login options will not affected.

Account grouping is no longer available. To rearrange the order of your favorited accounts on your home page, simply click "view all accounts" and drag and drop the favorited account. You may favorite up to 5 accounts to show on your home page.

Additionally, each account tile now has an icon to visually show what kind of account it is.
